Atolye15 Next Talent is a two-month program where you'll join our team to work on a real-world project from start to finish. Throughout the program, you’ll see firsthand how a development team turns concepts into fully functioning products. Whether you're here to grow your skills or sharpen those you already have, this program is designed to challenge and elevate your abilities.
The journey starts with a few selection stages, including an initial application, a video interview, and an online gathering. These stages are designed to give you an inside look at Atolye15 and help us make sure you’re the right fit for the program. If selected, you'll join us for two months, working on a real-life project as Atolye15's next talent. And if everything goes well, there could be more exciting opportunities down the road!
Anyone who’s been passionate about software development since childhood, whose hobby is coding and working on projects, and who has experience, whether it’s just a little or a lot, is more than welcome to join us. If you’re excited to be part of giant projects and work alongside Atolye15’s experienced developers, learning the ins and outs of how great software is made, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
This is where it all begins! After you hit the apply button, you’ll be asked to fill out a Typeform questionnaire covering your background, your tech experience, and the goals you’re aiming for in software development.
This stage is all about understanding who you are and determining if this project is the right match for both you and the team.
If your application is selected, you’ll move on to a video interview with our HR team, where we’ll chat more about your skills, interests, and goals in software development.
This is a key part of the process, helping us get a better sense of how you’d fit with the team and what you’re looking to achieve in the next phase.
After completing the first two stages, you’ll be invited to an online gathering where you’ll meet the Atolye15 team virtually, on Saturday, November 2.
We’ll take you through who we are and how we work, giving you deeper insights into our tech approach. Towards the end, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills through a brief project. This is the last stage before we move on to the final phase.
This is where the real journey begins! After the online gathering, one or more participants will be selected to work remotely with Atolye15 on a real-life project for two months, from November 2 to December 27, collaborating closely with our team.
At some point during the project, you’ll be invited to our İzmir HQ to work alongside the team for 6 to 10 days, giving you the chance to experience how we work up close and work side by side.
When you’re Atolye15’s Next Talent, you’ll dive into a two-month program, working closely with our team on a real-life project. Our tech lead will guide you through every step, and you’ll experience our day-to-day development practices, everything from sprint planning, dailies, retrospectives, to product demos. It’s all designed to give you real product development experience.
For most of the program, you’ll be working remotely, but for 6 to 10 days, you’ll join us at our İzmir HQ. We’ll take care of your accommodation, food, and travel, so you can focus entirely on the experience. And if everything clicks, there could be more exciting projects waiting for us to develop together in the future!
This program is specifically focused on software development, so we are primarily looking for developers to join us. However, if you’re a QA engineer or DevOps engineer, you’re welcome to apply as well. If you’re not in one of these roles, unfortunately, this program isn’t the right fit for you.
Yes, both freelancers and contractors can participate in the program. What matters most to us is that you’re able to commit to the program full-time from November 2 to December 27. During this period, we expect you to work closely with our team on the project.
Yes, this is a paid opportunity. For the two months you'll be working alongside our team on the project, you will receive a salary.
The program is mostly remote, so you'll be working online with our team for the majority of the two months. But for 6 to 10 days, we’ll invite you to our office in İzmir, where you’ll work side by side with our developers. It’s a great chance to see how we do things up close!
Absolutely! The great thing about this program is that you can join from anywhere. Even if you’re not based in İzmir, you can still be a part of it. When you're selected to work with us for the two-month period, there will be a time we’ll invite you to spend 6 to 10 days at our office in İzmir. No matter where you’re coming from, we’ll cover your travel, accommodation at a hotel close to the office, and meals prepared by our chef, so you’ll be all set. All you need to do is focus on the experience, everything else is taken care of!
The project you’ll be working on will be a real-life product development project, but the specific details, features, and goals will be shared during the third stage of the program, the online gathering. During this session, our team will walk you through everything you need to know about the project, so you’re fully prepared to dive in and collaborate with us if you're selected to move on to the two-month project phase.
